How to reach us by public transport.

The Usual Brussels is located at Boulevard Adolphe Max 107 in Brussels, Belgium.

From Gare Midi

The Usual can be reached in 15 minutes using the 3 or 4 tram lines from Gare du Midi to Rogier. From there we are a 3 minute walk away. Alternatively, we can be reached in 13 minutes by metro using lines 2 or 6 from Gare du Midi to Rogier.

From Charleroi Airport

From Charleroi Airport, you can catch one of the regular Flibco buses to Brussels which stops at Brussels Midi from there transfer to Gare du Midi. From that line you can take Tram 2 to Rogier and walk about 3 minutes to the hotel.

From Zaventem, Brussels Airport

In just under 30 minutes by train, you can arrive from Brussels Airport, stop Zaventem to The Usual Brussels. Take the Intercity train Brussels North and from there the 212 bus from Brussels Noord to Brussel Rogier. We are a 1 minute walk from this stop.

Depending on the rate you choose, breakfast may or may not be included. Please be sure to select the plan which includes your preferences. Forgot to book it? No worries, this can be added on at the check-in desk during your stay.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate and room type you choose. We always offer flexible booking options for those people who would like the possibility of canceling or altering their reservation at a later date. Details of the cancellation policy can be found in your confirmation email. To make amendments to your reservation, please contact our friendly team at brussels@theusual.com.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check out is at 11:00. Our check-in time is 15:00. However, if we have rooms available earlier, you can ask for an early check-in. Early check-in is available from noon onwards and the cost is € 10- per hour. If there are no rooms available, you always have the possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel and come back later in the day. A late check-out is possible until 1:00 PM. You can decide to book this extra during your stay or on the day of your check-out. Please inform one of our friendly hosts at reception.

For prepaid rates, payment will be done at the time of booking via debit card, credit card or iDeal payments. For reservations with credit/debit card guarantee, you card will be charged at the end of your free cancellation period. City tax (where applicable) will be due upon arrival to the hotel and can be made via credit or debit card.

Most of our hotels are cashless for security purposes.

We recommend Interparking Rogier https://www.interparking.be/. It is big parking garage (507 spots, 53 of which are electric). Spots can be reserved online ahead of time.
